What is the processing timeframe and shipping timeframe of orders placed?
The House of Privy works diligently to process every order as quickly as possible.  We are excited and look forward to you receiving your item(s).  Our standard processing time frame is 3-5 business days excluding weekends and US holidays. This timeframe may increase during conferences, but we do everything in our power to meet or exceed our processing timeframe.  Orders are shipped via the United Sates Postal Service or Fedex.  Shipping timeframes range from 3 to 7 days.  Please note that shipping timeframes may be extended during the pandemic. The House of Privy is not responsible for lost or stolen items or delays resulting from the weather or other extraneous circumstances once the items are in the possession of the mail carrier.

What if I need my order by a certain deadline?
Email or call the House of Privy before placing your order to share your deadline.  We want nothing more than to see your item(s) arrive on time.

Certain items may contain notes on them that provide longer processing and shipping timeframes than indicated on this page.  If a note is listed, please reference the note on the individual item for the shipping timeframe for that item.  Ex: pearl hats can take up to 7 days to process before shipment.
